No. Clients get a secure link by email and upload from any browser, on a phone or a computer. There's nothing to install.
How are client files protected?
Files and messages are encrypted in transit with TLS and stored encrypted with AES-256. They're kept out of regular email inboxes, and you can set them to delete automatically.
Can my whole firm use one account?
Yes. One account covers the whole firm at $10 per user a month. You add and remove staff as the season changes, and the owner can get a copy of every message the team sends or receives.
Is there a contract?
